DRIFTLINE SHUTTLE — TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective September 16, 2026

1. The Service.

Driftline Shuttle (“Company,” “we,” “us”) provides vehicle relocation services — commonly called “shuttle” services in the river industry — on the Colorado River between Grizzly Creek and Rifle, Colorado, and on the Roaring Fork River between Fisherman’s Park and Two Rivers, Colorado. We move your vehicle from a designated put-in to a designated take-out so you may float between those points. We do not transport passengers, cargo, or trailers, and we do not operate as a common carrier.

2. Pricing.

The service fee is sixty-five dollars ($65.00) flat per vehicle, regardless of distance within the covered corridors. Fees are due at booking or as otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations, Refunds, and Credits.

We want to work with you. Our policy is flexible, and we handle cancellations, refunds, and credits on a case-by-case basis. Please call 970-540-4441 to discuss cancellations, refunds, or credits.

4. Same-Day Reservations.

Same-day bookings are accepted only by phone call to 970-540-4441, and only when placed before 1:00 PM Mountain Time on the day of service. Online or app-based same-day requests submitted after 1:00 PM will not be accepted.

5. Vehicle Requirements.

The vehicle must be currently registered, insured, and road-legal in Colorado. You must provide working keys or access, and you must disclose any known mechanical issues, warning lights, or damage before we take possession. You are responsible for securing personal belongings; we are not liable for items left in the vehicle.

6. Vehicle Placement and Confirmation.

Upon parking your vehicle at the designated take-out, we make reasonable efforts to send you a text message with a photo confirming the vehicle’s location. You acknowledge that our responsibility for the vehicle ends at the moment of parking. From that point forward, the vehicle is subject to your own automobile insurance, and we are not liable for theft, damage, vandalism, or any other loss occurring after placement.

7. Auxiliary Lots.

When the primary take-out lot is full, we may use an auxiliary lot as the only available option. Some auxiliary lots charge a fee, which is your responsibility as the vehicle owner. We will notify you of any auxiliary lot fee after the vehicle has been parked.

8. Waiver of Liability.

You voluntarily assume all risks of the vehicle relocation service, including during transport and while parked. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and forever discharge Driftline Shuttle and its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or losses arising from the service — including ordinary negligence — from the moment we take possession of your vehicle until you retrieve it. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims related to your vehicle or your use of the service. This waiver does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Dispute Resolution.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Eagle County, Colorado, under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration.

10. General Provisions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Driftline Shuttle and supersede all prior agreements. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website; continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
